  • "How long is delivery?"

    Same-day delivery in Dubai arrives within 4 hours. Order by 5PM for same-day delivery, or choose next-day delivery. Orders placed after 5PM will be delivered the following day.

    International delivery is available from our main store: anude.store.

  • "How do I track my order?"

    For an update on your order, email contact@shopanude.store or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

  • "Do you offer easy returns?"

    Yes, we offer easy returns. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, providing that the item(s) haven't been used, worn, or altered and are in their original condition. Final sale items, as well as certain underwear items are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • "I have received an incorrect or damaged item, what should I do?"

    We’re so sorry to hear that you were sent an incorrect item and we want to ensure that this is resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please send us an email on contact@shopanude.store and include your order number and a photo of what you have received so that we can assist you.

  • "How do I request to make a return?"

    You can request to return an item via email: contact@shopanude.store. Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

    NOTE: You, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping fees.
